-2nd upstairs bedroom with sunset view - $1200 per month.
-Upstairs master bedroom includes own private master bathroom and walk-in closet - $2000 per month (additional cost for couple). All rooms have bathroom/kitchen/living room/laundry/backyard access. Half bathroom downstairs, full shared bathroom upstairs. Street parking available. Garage parking available at an additional cost. Monthly rent includes all utilities, high speed WiFi, toilet paper and hand soap. All rooms are freshly painted. We are located between the Union Valley/Clark Ave freeway exits, close to Chevron gas, Grocery Outlet, and other stores. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and friendly. -No smoking of any kind
