Hi, I am offering a bedroom for rent in Oviedo, FL. The house is in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from UCF campus, with easy access to Orlando and the surrounding towns. Rent is a flat rate- I’ll cover all the utilities. Pets are allowed with a fee, and the HOA does not permit smoking. Internet is lightning fast and you’ll have access to streaming services as well. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom itself, and is equipped with a woodworking shop in the garage, a living room, a guest bedroom, and a music studio (piano, keyboard, drumset, and PA system; we don’t use these after hours). There is also a grill in the backyard that you’re welcome to use!
