URGENTLY SEEKING SEP 1 SUBLETTER for 1bed apt in Malden!! I am looking for someone to sublet my cozy one-bedroom apartment in Malden from September 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. I've loved living here and want to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as much as I did! Rent is $2,790/month plus all utilities water, electricity, gas, and wifi. Parking is an additional $100 for a designated garage spot. Pets are allowed. The apartment has in-unit laundry & central AC, access to outdoor pool, gym, and conference room, and bedroom has a large, wide window (note: video shows two windows in the bedroom, but my room only has one big one—still very bright!) Coffee shop, nail salon, and Italian restaurant within a 5-min walk. Just a 7-min walk to the Orange Line (perfect for Boston commuters)! Pls ignore any clutter in pics I have started packing!
