Cute NE Portland house with the larger room ready for a tenant. A few blocks from the park. Low traffic in the area as its on the a cul-de-sac. Fenced backyard, front yard available for gardening if thats your jam. I am a quiet 35 year old male with a 12 year old dog who is more like a meatloaf in his old age. Very friendly! You'd get access to the majority of the common area as I keep my things in the small office. I work M-F 7-4 and rarely have people over besides my gal. Clean, quiet and peaceful place to live.
