(11' x 9 8). with a big 8' ft closet and views of my garden and fully fenced backyard. We share a separate entry through French doors on the first level of the house. We share a large bathroom (full tub/shower), kitchen, great room, and the backyard. I have a 3rd bedroom, which I use for my home office. A renter may use a portion of the home office that has a height-adjustable table. I deeply value a clean-living environment. To keep things fresh, we share some bi-weekly cleaning duties. I am a warm-hearted, mature, quiet, single, liberal, and easy-going straight female. I have two small, well-behaved dogs. There are no other roommates. This is a quiet, perfume-free home (no candles/aromatherapy scents) and a cat-free zone due to allergies. Music is enjoyed via earbuds. No smoking. No overnight guests, no drugs. Transit: There is a nearby bus stop, and the 185th light rail station is 3.5 miles away. My place is 2 miles from Shoreline Community College.
