Furnished Master Suite

Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate/tenant for my furnished master suite in my newly renovated Garfield home. The house is conveniently located near Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Shadyside, and several colleges and universities. Everything is new, including the flooring, kitchen, bathroom, AC, and washer/dryer. It’s clean, comfortable, modern, and peaceful. I live here with my cat, Benjamin, the best roommate imaginable. 🐈 The suite is $900 a month, excluding utilities and internet. You’d only cover your own food, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Month-to-month, short-term, and longer-term arrangements are available. Since I work from home, I’m looking for someone quiet and respectful of shared spaces. A master’s or PhD student would be ideal, but it’s not required.
