I’m looking to rent out my second bedroom in my condo in walkable neighborhood in the Nations for at least 6 months up to a year. Furnished is available if needed. The room has hard wood floor, an attached bathroom with tub/shower and medium sized walk in closet. Stackable washer/dryer and large balcony overlooking pool. Building requires code entry and you’d have a dedicated free parking space. Walkable neighborhood with gym and pool in the building. The unit is on the top floor. We would split monthly WiFi, electric and water bill. Small dogs welcome (building charges $100/mo pet fee). There’s a pet bath/grooming room on the first floor. Community room, locked package room and amazon lockers.
