SEARCHING FOR SHORT TERM LEASE

Hi Sergio I’m a full time student and work for a tech company 9-5 so I’m not home much. I’d prefer a single bedroom on a month to month that I can move in to by Augest 18th but I would expect around 1-3 months as I wait on a house.
I have my own vehicle,clean background, good credit and steady income that can be verified just ask.
I am a veteran and have a lot of experience sharing households with others and I’m very respectful and clean. I get along well with just about anyone but usually tend to stick to myself. I do have a well behaved mini weenie dog named glizzy, she’s really sweet and crate/house trained.
I am also fairly handy with tools/labor so if there’s any housework/repairs I could help with I’d be more than happy to help.
