My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease as soon as possible. Our apartment is the Cayman floor plan with 1,083 sq. ft., located on the 4th floor.
Monthly base rent is $2,849, which is lower than the current advertised rate for this floor plan. Additional fees vary based on parking, pets, utilities, etc.
The apartment features a spacious open layout, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, in-unit washer/dryer, central A/C, and access to Pierhouse amenities. The location is amazing if you want to be in the heart of Downtown Tampa/Channelside near Water Street, Sparkman Wharf and Amalie Arena.
Important lease info: Pierhouse requires the new resident to first be added to our existing lease for 60 days before the lease can officially be transferred into their name. The process is handled through the leasing office and is subject to their application and approval requirements.
