Room is right next to shared bathroom with just 1 other tenant. The $550 monthly rent includes all utilities: electricity, natural gas, water, trash pickup, landline phone, lawn mowing, pest control, and high speed internet wifi. House has whole house water softener and filtered reverse osmosis water spigot. So no need to buy bottled water. Small pets OK (small dog or cat) Will also have use of common areas: laundry room with washer/dryer, family room, kitchen, dining room, and back yard with patio. Housemates include both students and professionals, all low drama.
