Honestly it is so far down marigold that it’s closer to poinciana community park than anything. When I go get groceries it’s usually Haines city (Johnson Ave), Lake Wales (Thompson Nursery Rd), or Winter Haven (Cypress Gardens Rd). Traffic pattern to poinciana is a pain on marigold, so would route up Lake Marion Creek Road to Cypress Parkway to head to Sprouts. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available immediately. All utilities and WiFi internet are included, shared outdoor parking, a shared NACS charger is available.
