Hi! I’m a 24-year-old working professional looking for a room around the Vineland Road / Dr. Phillips / Sand Lake area, ideally with a budget of up to $1,200/month.
I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and pretty easygoing. I work full-time and have a fairly consistent routine, so I’m looking for a comfortable, peaceful home rather than a party house. I’m happy to socialize with a roommate but also value having our own space and respecting each other’s privacy.
I have two friendly cats, so I’m looking for a cat-friendly home/roommate. They’re an important part of my household, and I’d ideally like them to be able to stay with me.
I’m looking for a roommate who is clean, communicative, respectful of shared spaces, and financially responsible. Ideally, we’d be a good fit beyond simply splitting rent.
