Everyone! I have an open room in a 2, bedroom, 1 bath house in Park Hill. It has a garage for your car as well. Washer/Dryer in Home. It is a clean and clutter free space with quiet neighbors. It is about a 2 minute walk from my favorite coffee shop, Dandy Lion Coffee Co. I am a teacher and have a yellow lab. He stays in my room while I’m at work and loves routines and long walks. ++ $1,000 per month for rent (Prorated when you move in, $33 per day) ++ $50 per month for WiFi. ++ $200 one time fee to be added on to the lease.
