Rooms available have different sizes (price ranges from $1100-$1400 depending on the room): only 1 room has a private bathroom along with a private entrance and garage (like a Mother-in-law style). Selected roommate will be able to choose the preferred room from those available. Rooms available are on opposite ends of the house. Shared areas include: living and dining rooms, kitchen, laundry, and patio. Parking is private (not on the street) and included in the price. Utilities and Internet are also included. GREAT LOCATION!
