Hi all!! currently looking for 1 roommate to fill a room in our 4 bed / 2 bath apartment! Open to any gender. You’d be living with 1 guy and 2 girls, and we’re all students. The apartment is in a great location near Loyola University Chicago and within walking distance to the Jarvis and Howard Red Line stops. A little more about the place: * Around 2,000 sq. ft. * Recently renovated * 2nd bathroom is being renovated this summer * Free laundry * Heat and water included in rent * Only pay 1/4 of electric + WiFi I don’t have updated pictures yet since my current roommates are still moving out, but the apartment has been renovated and I can send pics once I have them!
