Its a medium size room in a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. You have full privileges to the family room, kitchen, laundry room, hall bathroom and the backyard. The hall bathroom will be shared with you and a 21 year son. There's a parking spot on the driveway for you. Rent is $800, deposit is $800 and 1/3 of the utilities. I have 3 friendly dogs and 1 cat.
