🏡 Looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment located right in Davis Square starting September 1st (or negotiated prorated option for early move-in in August). I've loved this apartment/location for 3 years, but my roommate is moving away. ✨🐱 About the living situation:
You'll be living with me, Laurel (she/they), a 34-year-old many-hobbied woman, and my friendly cat, Rosie. My cat has gotten along well with other cats before, and landlord confirmed another cat would be allowed. I have a myriad of hobbies including skating/blading and dancing. • Rent: $2,900/month total ($1,450 per person)
• Lease term: 12 months beginning September 1st, with option to move in as early as August 5th for a prorated amount (if you just want to move stuff in a little early or move in a few days early, no extra prorate required)
• Upfront costs: First and last month's rent required
• Utilities: Water included; gas, electric, and WiFi split between roommates
• Unit features: Dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors
• No laundry in building, but several laundromats are nearby 🚇 Super convenient commuting location, with the Red Line and Somerville community path directly across the street. 🍔🎬 Lots of shops, restaurants, and things to do in the area. 🚗 Parking:
Metered street parking is available behind the apartment and on surrounding streets, along with permit-only spots (Somerville residents can purchase a permit). 🛋️ Shared space:
