Hello! I am looking for a female student around the age of 20-21 to take over my lease at my apartment for the [REDACTED] live with two girls (both 20 & going to be juniors) who will be staying there but unfortunately i need to get out of the lease. You would have your own room and bathroom and we also have a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, and balcony as well. There is also a parking garage at the apartment too! Campus is about a 1 minute walk and the apt is in next to all of the bars and restaurants! Rent is $1200 a month per person plus utilities.
