Hello! My Roomates Nate Emely and I are looking to fill private, unfurnished room in our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house in Escondido. We are looking to fill a 1 year lease August 2026-August 2027. The room will be available for move in any time after August 15th. About the House: • Private bedroom in a spacious 2,000 sq ft house • Located in Escondido, about 20 minutes from CSUSM • Right off El Norte Parkway, just 1 mile from Dixon Lake and Daley Ranch (perfect for hiking, running, and biking!) • Quiet area with only one neighboring house • Private parking • Fully furnished kitchen and living room • Shared HBO Max, Disney+, and Hulu included Monthly Costs: • Rent: $965 • WiFi: $40 • Electricity: ~$40 • Total: ~$1,045/month • No water bill • Gas is split and paid semi-annually Roommates:
You’ll be living with four friendly, respectful housemates: • Emely, senior (22) – Literature & Writing Studies major • Nate, junior (22) – Literature and writing major • Me, senior (21) – Electrical Engineering major
