The room being leased out is a private room (partially-furnished) with a shared bathroom with another tenant across the hallway. Utilities/amenities are included with rent (including in-ground pool, laundry/dryer unit in garage, driveway/street parking for all vehicles, shared cookware/appliances, communal drinking water dispenser, high-speed internet, etc.). House is roughly 15 minutes from the Strip and right near the freeways in every direction. 20 minutes from airport, and overall a great spot for any professional and student. The overall neighborhood is family-oriented and mostly quiet throughout the week. Myself and the other tenant are local professionals working in different industries, and we have our latest roommate moving to another State. Looking for another professional to join our group.
