Subletting my room for 4 months in Flatbush! Available. Bedroom has its own closet, AC/radiator and is fully furnished but could be flexible on this. You’d be sharing space with 3 women in their early 30’s, 2 cats, and an adorable little dog. Looking for a similar roommate (F, late 20s-mid 30s) who is 420 friendly (no cigarette smoking allowed indoors though), pet friendly (but no additional animals allowed) and will keep it clean in the common spaces.
