Students are preferred but others welcome.1200 is unfurnished with utilities including internet, electricity,water. 1450 for furnished room with full bed, dresser and desk and tv. You will have access to to all the main living areas and kitchen. There is an additional $50 a month for parking if needed, however school is in walking or scooter distance. Peaceful, good energy, fun environment with a small backyard with patio setup, 2 friendly dogs. Will add pictures shortly, any room without furniture added by July 29th
