I'm looking for any University of Oregon students to take over my lease at the 2125 Franklin Apartments in Eugene, Oregon, starting now in the summer (7/15-8/31) and continuing into the next school year if you'd like to sign again. The unit number is 116 and it's very comfortable and spacious with a river-side view from the living room, already furnished, and the bedroom includes a study table and a walk-in closet. There are two bedrooms in the entire unit with each room consisting of two separate beds. The building has a beautiful pool, hot-tub, and gym.
