Plus, we’re conveniently located near the 215, so Costco and Target are basically your neighbors whether you like it or not. We have two Aussies and a cat, so no additional fur babies, our pet quota is full. This also means no kids, no couples, and no “it’s complicated.” Single occupant only. And for clarity: no smoking, no vaping, no 420. If it burns, clouds, or puffs, it’s a no. We’re a lesbian couple with chill but fair attitudes. We keep the vibe peaceful, the expectations reasonable, and the drama at the door. Rent is $1,000 a month with a $300 deposit. Total move‑in: $1,300.
