Hey! I have a room in my apartment unit for lease. The room is a master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The apartment has a lounge, a pool, two fitness centres, and an Amazon luxer-one package delivery room. The apartment building is a 5-minute walk to the metro (red line) and a 10-minute walk to Safeway and UPS/USPS. Rent is $1200 and the lease is yearly. You will be living with 2 female roommates. You have to share the kitchen space and the living space.
