Central Square at Watermark Apartments I’ve lived here for 4 years and am looking for a roommate starting at the end of September. Base rent is $1,340.50, with utilities typically around $150–$200 (sometimes less). The apartment will be professionally cleaned before move-in. Male or female welcome. The only thing I ask is that you clean up after yourself and are respectful of the shared space. Amenities include: pool, gym, pool house with a pool table, and a dog park. Great location — about 8 minutes from Shem Creek and 15–20 minutes from downtown. A little about me: I’m 28, a young professional working as a contractor for the Navy while studying for my wealth management licenses. I usually hit the gym right after work and meal prep during the week. On weekends, I’m either out on the boat or hanging out with a few friends. Insta
