Room for rent in home in Watsonville close to fairgrounds. We’re a small family (27y/o Husband & Wife) with a dog and cat. I am a dental assistant and student, my husband works in construction sorts of things, and we have a toddler. The room available is away from our bedrooms, close to the kitchen, and you would have your own bathroom available (There’s a half bath downstairs near the room although that would also be used by others, but a full bath upstairs for your own use).
