subleasing for a female roommate!

hi everyone! i'm urgently looking to sublease to a female roommate for a 3x3 apartment on the second floor at Arden Villas from August 10 -July 22nd, 2027 you'll have your own private (and spacious!) bedroom and bathroom. one of my roommates is moving out so this would be perfect if two friends want to move in together! Our current third roommate is very clean and friendly as well.

- $955/month base rent plus utilities
- close to UCF campus (5 mins) and campus shuttle runs frequently ( route 9)
- fully furnished (bed, desk, dresser, table, couches, etc)
- pet friendly
- free parking for residents and visitors
