I’m looking for a guest house, ADU, or one-bedroom apartment, preferably in West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Venice, or nearby areas. A little about me: I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and professional. I like to read, practice yoga, stay active, run, take care of plants, and meet new people. I’ve also spent the last years working in estate management, vacation rentals, and property management, so I understand the importance of respecting and maintaining a home. I’m looking to move within the next two weeks, but I’m also available sooner if the right place is available.
