Utilities include water, trash, sewer, electric, and internet; those estimated costs are $110/month and they are already included. Amenities in the complex include open parking lot, gym 24x7, pool, grills, game room, tennis courts, mailroom, study room, and a coffee machine in the lobby. There are stairs and elevators in all the buildings.
This is a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom apartment, new tenant will have the master bedroom with its own bathroom and two closets. The common spaces include a living room with a balcony; a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and microwave; and a dining room area. There is in-unit laundry.
The social area is furnished with sofa, recliner, turntable and smart TV. I am open to living with a single-person or couple. I am reserved and quiet and would prefer to live with someone similar.
