3 bedroom townhouse. Private owner. Will be available for move in on November 1st. Landlord is great and takes awesome care of the property. There is a security deposit. Rent, utilities and WiFi will be split three ways. Rent is currently $1995 a month and will depend on number of tenants. Ideally 3, but can also do 2. Process of renting will go through the owner.
