-Male or female (no couples)
-Experienced living with and sharing space with others -Minimum working hybrid as we share the bathroom (I learned it was hard to share the bathroom on workdays my first year living here as both of us were WFH)
-Have 2 sweet cats (I come as a package deal with them!)
-Shared values in creating a grounded, warm, peaceful, environment for us all, including the cats
