I am looking for three roommates. The home features central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Utilities are split equally among tenants and vary based on monthly usage. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for an additional $10 per month.
Free street parking is available, or you may reserve one of two off-street parking spaces for an additional $100 per month.
Rent is $1,600 per room, plus utilities. Rent is negotiable for tenants interested in signing a lease of one year or longer.

I’m active-duty military and looking for clean, respectful, and responsible roommates who value a quiet, well-maintained home. Military members and those PCSing to Oahu are preferred, though all qualified applicants are welcome.
