Hi! My fiancé and I are looking for a place to call home. We’re hoping to find a 2 bed / 2 bath (or larger) with a budget of up to $1,750/month. A little about us: * Both of us work full-time with stable income.
* We have a few well-behaved indoor cats.
* We’re quiet, clean, and respectful tenants who don’t host parties or frequent guests (it’s usually just my mom visiting occasionally).
* My fiancé’s two young daughters stay with us a couple of days each week. We’re ideally looking in the North or Northwest Bakersfield area but are open to other areas for the right place. If you have a rental available or know of one, we’d love to hear from you. Thank you!
