My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to join us in our 3 bed, 2 bath duplex in Bucktown. Our current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, and are looking to renew our lease for Sept. 1, 2026 through Sept. 1, 2027. Rent and utilities are split evenly 3 ways. Your share of rent is $1331/ month, and utilities average about $60/month. The apartment features hardwood floors, a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a spacious eat-in kitchen, and a large private deck. It also includes central A/C and heat, an in-unit washer and dryer, plenty of available street parking, and one shared garage parking space.
