This is a single family home in west Bethesda on Burning Tree Road. There are 2 adjacent bedrooms and a private bathroom available for exclusive use by the roommate. They are available in mid-July. I am looking for only one person to live in my home with me as a roommate, hopefully for 12 months or longer. One of the bedrooms could be an office, if needed. There is FIOS in the house with ethernet ports in each bedroom and WiFi throughout the house, so the internet connection is good. The living room, family room, dining room, laundry and kitchen are shared spaces with me. There is ample off street parking in the driveway next to the house.
