1 bedroom and private attached bathroom shared living room kitchen and washing dryer mostly furnished besides your room. You will have plenty of parking we have 1 assigned spot but lots of extra spots if needed. Open to all animals as long as it's not to extreme that has an extra deposit and 50-100 dollars added per month Incase of damages. I'm usually asleep by midnight but can adjust if needed but I am usually at work from 7am-5pm. Preferably month to month but I am open to longer periods if need be. Don't care about guests just be respectful about it.
