July house, 4 bed 3 bath in Fairfax

I’m looking for 3 people to lease a home I’ve found in Fairfax VA. It’s 10 minutes from GMU campus (4 miles) and will be available for showing in mid July. Move in would be early August. The rent will be 4200$, so 1050$ a person. There is a 2 car garage and plenty of street parking. There are 3 bathrooms and pets are ok with a deposit. I’m looking for some chill people. I don’t care for smoking or drinking but I don’t do those things myself. Just hit me up if you’re interested
