Room first floor garden flat at back of flat, no traffic passing. Window overlooks gardens, allotments & school field. It’s lovely just listening to birds singing in the morning. Room is furnished. Double bed, desk, tv. Drawers. Large deep cupboard & the bed is an ottoman for storage & we can work around what else you might need. Share bathroom, kitchen, living spaces Garden with hot tub 15/20 minute walk to jubilee / bakerloo lines / over ground. Good bus routes nearby Takes approx 40 mins to get into West End / Oxford Street Roundwood Park 2 mins away Good corner shop, supermarket 20minute walk. In a few months there will be a Aldi 10 minute walk away Use of Peloton bike Must like cats. I have 2 indoor fun & active Bengal cats. We have mesh curtains so they can’t escape through windows & new tenant must understand the importance of keeping them inside & safe. There may be the odd evening I ask tenant to feed. Looking for professional person. There is a desk in the room if you need to wfh occasionally I appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves & is fully house trained:)
I do most the general cleaning if you can look after your room. Looking for an easy going, sociable flatmate. I enjoy the occasional barby & invite friends over to enjoy hot tub. Enjoy gigs, festivals or a bit of London culture. Would be nice to be able to chat easily to flatmate & maybe socialise to get to know one another. Council tax (band C) included in rent
