Both roommates work from home; there are two males at the house, but everyone is open to anyone who wants to move in and thinks they would be a good fit. The house is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Victorian gem, boasting over 2700 square feet of living space. Built around 1900, this home was once the stable house for a nearby amusement park and retains a great deal of character. The bathrooms have been fully renovated to blend modern amenities with vintage charm, and the original wood door frames from the 1900s add to the place's unique feel. We also have a great-sized backyard, perfect for grilling, relaxing, or hosting friends for gatherings! Not to mention, you are blocks away from Tennyson Street. We're looking for someone who is respectful, career-driven, and eager to enjoy the vibrant, friendly neighborhood.
