Looking for a housemate (preferably in their late 20s to early 30s) to take up the private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Must be clean and respectful and ok with a cat. Sorry, no other pets allowed. Looking to also socialize with housemate as well! Roommate nights are big currently:) You’ll have access to an in house washer dryer, two parking garage + street parking and community parking, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, a trail/dog park, and a community pool and jacuzzi that is always relatively empty.
