Hi, my name is Elizabeth. My boyfriend, Cutler, is 20 and looking for two roommates for his townhouse in Sherwood, Oregon. The monthly rent is $2,350, not including utilities. Guys or Gals, doesn't matter, we're just looking for respectful and kind people! Security deposit of $2,350 due at move-in, with a 1-year lease. Move in for July 1st or sooner.
