Looking for female roommate

Need 3rd roommate, I’m a 23 y/o man, I work out of town 80% of the time but I have another female roommate, also 23, and her two dogs and my two cats. Need someone down to earth, cool with animals, and no drama. Prefer a woman close in age to us, but really the only major preference is a woman because that makes my other roommate more comfortable.
