Hi, my name is Steven. I am a 32-year old professional. The room is in Prospect Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn. The monthly rent is $1463 and the room is available starting September 1st. It’s in a two bedroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Garden. The bedroom is very big with three windows and a great view. Utilities are not included (hot water is included in the rent), and are about $100/month (it goes up in the summer because of A/C usage). The apartment has a small kitchen and bathroom, but it does have a massive living room spread out in two large sections. (The dog is not mine, I don't own any pets, but it is a pet friendly apartment).
