Hi, my name is Lyz. I am a 28-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Tucson. The monthly rent is $1000 and the room is available on Aug 1st. 1 mile from downtown, 2 miles from the University of Arizona. Great for 1-2 people, and students! You will have your own private casita behind the main house. We split the bills (water/electric/internet/trash) with each other. Electric payments only (venmo, cashapp, zelle, etc), no checks please. Casita has its own kitchen and bathroom and living room in addition to the large bedroom. You will have your own gated parking space (street parking also available). No pets. Shared washer and dryer is outside the casita. LEASE IS 1 YEAR MINIMUM! Smoker and cannabis friendly (private gated backyard to do so). You can decorate the backyard however you’d like. Don’t mind if you’re quiet or loud, we don’t have neighbors on either side of the house. Residents here are myself and my partner Joe. We’ve lived here about 5 years.
