Hi! I just sold my house in Boston and moved down to Florida. working in Tampa and looking for something there or in St. Pete. I’m 39, I’m very responsible, I don’t drink or party, I pay my bills on time, I’m very clean, I really don’t know anyone here so company won’t be a problem. My kids are all grown and out of the house, I HATE living alone. I’m hoping to find something I can move into this month. My budgets around 1200 w/utilities and a private bathroom would be ideal but I’m open to all options.
