I have a Room for rent in my townhouse in Hamburg NY. Close to Buffalo and Lake Erie. The room is Downstairs off of my kitchen. 2 locking French doors, private half bath off room, shared shower upstairs, driveway parking. Central Air, Internet, Heat, Electric, garbage, water all included. Quiet home with 2 other females and 1 adorable Shihtzu. Use of kitchen 1x weekly for cooking/ food prep. Use of kitchen daily for microwave/ toaster/ coffee machine use/ small fridge/ freezer in room. Use of washer / dryer 1-2 loads a week only. Fully furnished. Looking for a quiet Female student/ job holder/ for short term rental. Mid August to Mid December. 3-4 month rental.
