Room available in Hollywood on July 1st! Utilities included, rent is $1300/month including utilities! Within walking distance of bars/food/activities, roof access with a view of the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory. New kitchen appliances, in-unit laundry, hardwood floors, lots of natural light. Looking for another woman, working professional 20s. Note: the “frequent overnights” are only referring to my partner, he stays over 2-3 nights a week. He helps with chores, and I stay at his home for most weekends.
