Looking for a female roommate for a sublease starting mid or late J
une in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Jackson Heights. You’ll have your own private bathroom in a rent-stabilized unit. Spacious room with lots of closet/storage space. Wardrobes shown in the pictures can be kept if you want, or removed. Room fits a full or queen bed and has its own AC unit.
Furnished living and dining area. Items in photos will be cleared out prior to move-in. About me: 27 y/o female working in marketing (9–5, M–F). I value a friendly, respectful environment with a balance of socializing and personal space.
