Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my one-bedroom apartment. To be upfront about the living situation so we are both comfortable: I personally prefer sleeping in the living room because I enjoy winding down with TV there, which means you would have the bedroom entirely to yourself, giving you your own private space.
To keep things simple and ensure a safe and harmonious home environment, I have a few specific requirements for a potential roommate: About Me: I am a very outgoing person. Lifestyle: I stay home most of the time, though I do go out on weekends with my friends occasionally. Gender: I am looking for a female roommate. Background: For the safety and comfort of the household, I require a completely clean background; no criminal history is accepted. Children: This is an adult-only household, so I am not looking for roommates with kids. Pets: I generally prefer a pet-free home; however, I am open to discussing this if you are willing and able to pay the required pet deposit. Smoking/Lifestyle: If you smoke weed, that is totally fine with me, and if you don't smoke, that is also perfectly fine. I only use it occasionally myself when my anxiety is acting up.
